Yes! Every reservation includes 8 beach badges. They’ll be waiting for you inside the home at check-in. Beach badges are required for beach access during the summer season on LBI.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Our prices are all-inclusive. The price you see when you book is the total price. No cleaning fees, no service charges, no surprise add-ons.

Do I need to bring linens and towels?

Yes — guests typically bring their own bed linens and towels. If you prefer, we can help arrange linen rental service. Contact us for details.

All properties include parking. The Holgate Oceanfront Retreat has 10+ spots. The North Beach Haven properties have 2-3 driveway spots plus street parking and a garage.
