Long Beach Island isn’t just where I own homes — it’s where my family has built memories for decades. I know every sunset spot, every great restaurant, and every hidden beach path because I’ve walked them all. I manage three properties across LBI’s best neighborhoods: an oceanfront retreat in Holgate that sits one house from the sand, and two family-friendly homes in North Beach Haven that are walking distance to Fantasy Island and some of the island’s best beaches. Each home is personally maintained, fully stocked, and designed for the way real families actually vacation.

Why Long Beach Island?
Long Beach Island is an 18-mile barrier island stretching along the southern New Jersey coast, with the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the serene Barnegat Bay on the other. At its widest, the island is just half a mile across — which means you’re never more than a short walk from the water, no matter which direction you head.
Unlike the crowded boardwalk towns up north, LBI has a quieter, more relaxed energy. Families come back year after year — often decade after decade — for the sugar-white beaches, world-class fishing, and the kind of small-town shore atmosphere that’s increasingly hard to find.
